Video & Photo company just filed bankrupcy, what are my options?
I had my wedding last year and had a company (an Incorporation) do my video and photography. I had payed them up front. I received my proofs and submitted to have them do my video and albums the summer this year. Today, I have received a letter stating that they just filed for Chapter 7. What do I do? They have everything, my proofs, video, and money. What are my options? I just want my video and pictures. Thank you
contact the people who sent you the letter. they should be the administrators.
im sure there is some provision to protect the prints and video they have for all customers and they will inform you of the steps you need to take to recover them.
also it is unlikely you will get your money back, however wedding photos are priceless so i would keep on at them till you get them back.

My Friend is getting married in couple of months and I am looking for a good photographer. I requested a quote for Photos and Video and the quote was ridiculously high (around 50000 rs). Can you guys share your experiences (quality of photos and video ex: High definition etc..) and cost for your event. And some guy is talking about Karizma Photos and I have no Idea if it is worth it.
