Witch Stock Photography sites accept people under 18 with parental consent form?

I am not yet 18 and I'm in stock photography and want to start selling my images. I know some sites do not accept people under 18. (As fotolia). There istockphoto, so I want places like this. Thank you

It is said that even large producers get as low as 25% of all the revenues generated. Is this too low? or is the rev share number higher?
