photography magazine for beginners?

essentially i’m looking for a magazine that is suitable for beginner and amateur photographers. i always like to improve my ability so a magazine that has tutorials and tips is the best for me. i spend a lot more time editing my photos than i do taking them (i don’t know if this is normal). i’m kinda ‘all the gear no idea’ i have a 450D and have photoshop, but definitely need to know how to use them better. i’m going to university next year to study film production, film kind of lead me on to an interest in photography.

I got the below cheap magazines for the tip and are really help full.

Digital Photographer Magazine:
This magazine is for new beginners or enthusiasts. It have detailed explanation about what to look for when buying, how to edit captured images on a home pc, how to select the best printer, how to get those images on the internet and much more.

Outdoor Photographer Magazine: Written by the world’s leading photographers each issue contains advice and tips that will help you improve your photography.
