Basic Photography Rules
Does anyone know what the Australian) Laws (are for after school groups or classes for children?

Say you wanted to start a after-school for children where the parents paid me to teach either film / photography or art, what are the rules for this? I know you need a blue card, but I need to registar this as a buissness in any way? Does anyone know the basic steps / conditions for the establishment of something like this? I am 14 years pursueing considering a career in photography. I guess I'm a little good for my age, and enjoy.
