What software / website is the best to start a photography website?
I just started a photography business. Photographer I many web sites so it's totally awesome. How I can do that? I want something fresh, not simple. I've heard of dreamweaver, but there are other programs out there that is easier to use with the same results?
Serif Webplus. It is very easy to use with some great tools for flash galleries and such. You can build a 5 page site with a photo gallery of an hour if there are many compound words and things. (FAQ, rules, contacts).

I want to be able to remove the spots I want to do what can be sepia / black. Any help is appreciated. I know that this is not the most important thing in photography. What a good camera for this?
Most professionals use Adobe Photoshop. For a beginner, I recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. A good start would be a camera entry-level DSLR. I suggest the Canon Rebel XTi. Most students use the Art Institute use of this device, and the price has dropped a lot lately. I was very pleased with this unit. I suggest you take a course too. List of cameras, software, etc is totally unnecessary, is the least of his problems in planning to start a business.
