what some good lighting equipment to get started?

I'm starting to get into portrait photography, and I know that in a studio set up the Lighting is the key. I do not know where to start, however, I saw some good kits on ebay / craigs list but do not know what comes later. I'm not trying to bust the bank. perhaps a game of less than 150. No I have to go all out just a few things at the outset. so if someone could give me a link or tell me what to get to start with that would be great. thanks

One or two portable flash units, 1 or 2 light stands, an attachment box light, a reflector or two, and trigger a slave / s that's all you need to move forward, it works for me

Pour l'utiliser comme studio photo.
