I have started to do some professional photography. I want to do a portfolio type of website, hopefully for free. Any suggestions for a free website that allows me to edit and hopefully a descent amount of storage for my photos.
I actually ment to display my photography on a free website with a good amount of storage space so that I can show more than a handfull of pictures.

where can i get free magazines about photography?

i want like professional photography..outdoor photography magazines!! but i mean free! no cost..and by mail

I would suggest you take a trip to your local library.

In this day of internet and wireless it is easy to overlook one of the best resources we are lucky to have.

Your library should have a portal where you can search through the magazines they subscribe to and the books they have.

In metropolitan areas the libraries are linked so if a branch near you does not have what you want you can pretty easily get it transferred to your branch.

It may seem like a hassle, but many libraries now have coffee shops at or near them and comfortable places to sit and look over the materials.

it is very simple, really!

you need a good quality lens, a camera and, in many cases, flash..

Then, you just need to figure out the perfect shutter speed and aperture, as well as a little bit of framing here and there..and there ya go..

In all seriousness, Photography is an art..
there are thousands of tips, tricks, feature, how to’s..you will not get quality shots just from hearing how to do something.
there is a good reason why pro’s are paying good amounts for their gear.. there is a good reason why it takes years of shooting to become a great photog..
