Question on fashion photography in the street?
If I have a blog of fashion photography from the street, where taking photos of strangers in Street, and either dress (or interesting) and publish on a blog ppublic, I need to get em to sign a model release or any thing? I do not make a profit this
YES. The best way to avoid this is to cut their heads off, then you do not need a statement. It's better than when taking active, then cut the head, that way if someone says something, you can show them a picture that is not an identifiable individual.
