Hello,
Hope this will help you. Law Enforcement, relator’s,doctor’s,insurance companies, just to name a few need photographers.I think I would take some other classes
along with it in business.Would be a good start to opening up your own photo studio.
I have been a hobby photographer.I have working with it since about 1978.I have a collection of vintage cameras.I still shoot
film cameras.I don’t like any of these modern cameras.
Most of the cameras I own are 35 years old or older.
If you would like you can e-mail me I may think of some other jobs relating to the field.

Hope this will help you.

I am looking for a decent photography job but dont know where to look.?
I am in college right now to be a art teacher with a major in photography.I need money so I can transfer to the school I want to go to but its hard enough finding a job where I live.So I was wondering if anyone knew a good site to look for photography jobs in either DE or that I can just do over the internet?Any input would be much appreciated.
I’m a photo grad from RIT. When I graduated I joined several pro photo societies and called everybody working in my area for a chance to assist. I sent out business cards and when I did assist I’d ask the photographer to recommend me to all his peers. Within a month I was assisting the top guys in Atlanta every day and turning away calls sometimes.

Careers with a major in photography?
what type of jobs could someone get with a major in photography besides teaching? could they work for themselves?
i’m going to be a senior in high school. i just want to know before i choose what colleges to apply to
I didn’t see you mention being in school so I will just answer your question. You could be a photographer, self employed or for someone else.

Photojournalism is a large field for those employed by a newspaper or magazine and for those who freelance – work on a by the job contract.
Studio photography encompasses a wide area based in portraiture, product and art.
Two fields that are often specialist areas are wedding/event and nature photographers.
There are technical fields like medical, forensics and industrial photography.
There is probably an area of photography that fits with other interest you have or will develop, and there is usually the opportunity to work for someone else or be self employed. Most photographers I know started out working/learning from someone else and soon started their own business.
Get on the school paper as a photographer.
