Sales / Executive Director, and yet I can not get someone to hire me, here in Los Angeles?

I am a former Sales / Management Executive experienced in the "dot.com" Private Postsecondary Education Industry, photography and entertainment businesses, with a little experience Retail District Management, which had a professional look on my resume and told me not to make any changes …. but … no one will hire me … I am a person who is a outside the box thinker, an innovator, and he takes possession of the tasks and projects … I have interviewed over 20 potential employers this month, and I get to run-in around each of them …. one slipped and told me that the reason for not hiring me, is that "know too much .." That based on the interview, he thought I would be able to integrate the company, not just cost him his job, but other costs of their work … I know it sounds weird, but appreciate your honesty .. because I do not could understand the run … Any suggestions, because my mortgage is for 26 .. (Sorry for the rambling)
