Loyola University Chicago for journalism and photography?

I’m looking at this school, but for a couple of reasons. I want to go into something that has to do with music–music journalism and music photography. Chicago has an amazing music scene, so I was thinking of transferring out of my podunk ohio college. I just need a little input as to whether this is a good idea, or if anyone has any other schools that they know of that have good photography/journalism programs AND have a good music scene, let me know?

I think it is a great idea. Chicago is a great city and there are tons of both photographic and musical opportunities. Good luck.

I have a couple different career ideas but I feel that noone believes in me?

Im about to start classes for photography. I love photography and am interested in a career as a photographer. But I also wanna try to apply for the police dept. next year. Im blonde 5’2 and just had twins. Every time I tell someone my career goals they act like I could never do these things and they just become dust in the wind. My husband trys to show a little interest . I try to keep my spirits up. But when so many people tell me that Im just not right for the career as a police officer , I start to believe it! Any advice?

If that is the job you want to do then have faith in yourself and go after it. When I started working online everyone thought it was a scam and that I would fail, but I proved them wrong. Use their words to drive you to success, you can do anything you put your mind to.

How should I take these pictures?

OK all the time ill see Mabey somthign as a couple on a bench or the right people placed with precision look perfect for photography but I can not take a picture of them because it would be weird, you know? and I have all these ideas in my head the picture but I can not photogaphy Because human beings need them! I'm only 14 so I really can not start a model of this and I can not ask my friends to colleagues, although it can be equally difficult to take pictures of people do not know. What should I doooo?
