Can you do HDR photography with Photoshop Elements?
I use Photoshop Elements 5.0 and want to start working with images HDR. I love the look. I can do in Elements 5? if so, how? I see websites for HDR in Photoshop, but nothing in the elements.
I think feeature available in Photoshop CS2 or higher.

in HDR photography, what are “stops”?
I am hooked into HDR photography and i want to get deeper into it. I have been using my camera’s bracketing mode but it only features 3 different exposures. I want to do this manually but i don’t really understand how to! Help please?

Actually in this case, stop is referring to the shutterspeed. A stop is either half or double. So if you start with a shutter speed of 1/60th of a second, one stop faster would be 1/250th of a second, and one stop slower would be 1/30th of a second. Two stops faster would be 1/500th of a second, and two stops slower would be 1/15th of a second.
A stop can refer to either the shutterspeed, fstop, or ISO depending on how its used. In all three contexts, its either half or double. So with an ISO of 200, one stop slower would be 100, one stop faster would be 400. With the fstop, if you start with 11, one stop slower would be 16, one stop faster would be 8. With fstops, the numbers dont make as much sense though, because the numbers actually come from square roots, and measure the diameter of the aperture.
In the case of the hdr stuff, you want to manipulate the shutter speed only. If you change the fstop, it will change the picture, since the fstop controls the depth of field.
