Have you ever thought that PHOTOGRAPHY could be a form of BLACK MAGIC?
* If you have viewed it as black magic could a camera steal your soul?
* This is a curiosity question me do not view it as black magic. I know in some cultures have thought a camera could steal soul.
You can use a photograph in Black Magic, but Photography on its own, is not Black Magic.

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone could advise me on what to put on a form. I’m going to America and I don’t think I’ll be able to just point and shoot at people without being sued, which is frustrating as the moment could be lost!
Please could anyone give me a link to a proforma or advice?

it depends on what you use the image for as to whether you need a release or not…
If you use the image in some type of advertisement and the person doesnt want to be associated with that type of product you could be sued for slander…
So it is better to get a model release, thats what i call them and most pros’ do.

I would say that fashion, nature and wildlife conceptual, abstract, art, media (music, movie posters, etc), weddings and events, photojournalism, sports, advertising and travel:)
