what is the job of photo editing, to be?
I have really wanted to do something that has to do with image editing and stuff on. this would be graphic design? if not what would it be?
Yes that would be in the graphic design category. Depending on the type of editing would be doing. Retouching or manipulation? Manipulator is the use of Photoshop to change the entire way something you would normally see. colors as chaning, color, size or shape, etc. Touch is basically the removal of stains or just photo editing to improve its quality.

How can you be good at photography and digital editing?
I bought a Nikon D60 and CS3 Suite. And now Why? Are there e-books that you recommend good? online training? Or a virtual community? What accessories should I do to better pictures? what type of lens should I get for this type of shot?
These are two very different disciplines.
