How much do you think all things in the darkroom for photography cost? Wat would be put in a high skool

HI I am very in photography and I'm looking to put togeather a protfolio and submit to the school board to raise funds and get all the supplies. Do you have any suggestions on what I could help or how any of this would be the cost? I really need suggestions, no idea where to start … thanks!
