i researched some topics on photography…a user on flickr has captured images of people and in the background the sunlight is shown as u can see in this link… http://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/sun
…does anyone know what photography topic does this come under and if there are any existing websites and real artists who have done work on this

Stop photography thieves?
how can i stop people stealing my photography???
i tried adding watermarks, but people complained sayng that they cold take it off really easy!
im a young artist and really trying to get somewhere, but rich photography artists apparently are stealing my work!!!

Don’t use high resolution images on the Net, limit your picture size to 4×6″ 92dpi or less. They can’t do much with that and your copyright is easy to prove if you have a higher resolution image.
If the rich are stealing from you, bill them and the owner of the website they are on. Bill the site owner as publisher, that will usually get the image taken down immediately. If they don’t pay, file a law suit. I have always collected on copyright infringement without a law suit.
