Wedding Photography…I am shooting a wedding in a couple of weeks, ?
What type of legal form do I or They need to sign? Such as a copyright release, model release? I want to rights to use on webpage, portfolio etc..They want a cd to print their own photos. Please help…time is running out.
Oh boy, where to begin?! You need to have something drawn up that informs them that you reserve the right to use the images of them however you see fit. Websites for photography release forms…?
I’m taking pictures at a wedding this coming weekend. I’ve done weddings previous to this, but just now added a new item to one of the packages I offer. The new item is a release form allowing me to use pictures on my website and things like that, and also giving the client permission to use the negatives given to make their own copies.
I’ve looked and looked, but haven’t found what I’m looking for. I don’t want anything TOO legal, instead am looking for something that gets right to the point.

This should be in your terms and conditions and not as a seperate release.
You don’t want it “TOO legal” ??? Oh yes you do, most especially if you are in the US.

Creative Way Making Money Online…?
I am trying to figure out a way to supplement my income.
I have a B.A. in Communications/Journalism, and have work experience in all forms of media. However, I also have years of experience in ALL forms of research, everything from legal issues and case work to academic and background checks, and I there were times that I was actually hired by other people to get this information for them. I’ve also worked as a freelance journalist, and I’ve had to conduct investigations and do photography for stories that I’ve published.
With my background, what is the best way that I can make money online? I am considering starting my own background check/investigation service, but that’s just one idea. Any advice or suggestions?
