(6) No aircraft owner referred to in subsection (2) (a), (B) or (c) to comply with subsections (2), (4) and (5), liability insurance calendar that contains an exclusion or waiver provision reducing insurance coverage incident below the minimum specified in those paragraphs, unless that provision (A) is a standard exclusion clauses adopted by the international aviation industry of insurance, which applies with respect to (i) war, hijacking and other hazards, (ii) noise, pollution and other hazards, (iii) radioactive contamination; (B) with respect to a chemical accident, (c) includes a declaration that the insurance does not apply if the liability assumed by the owner under any contract or agreement unless liability is attached to its owner, even without the contract or agreement, or (d) include a statement that the policy is void if the owner has concealed or misrepresented the facts or circumstances concerning the insurance or the subject, or if there is fraud, attempted fraud or misrepresentation by the owner of any matter relating to insurance or the subject matter hereof, whether before or after an incident. (7) The owner of the aircraft referred to in subsection (2) (a) (B) or (c) may comply with paragraphs (2), (4) and (5) by insurance to limit liability only consisting of a policy or a combination of complementary policies and primary (8).
