I want to classes for photography online…what do you suggest?

I know that you don’t HAVE to go to school to be a photographer. However, I would prefer to be able to take classes to better prepare myself. I’m currently a stay at home mom and would need a lot of flexibility with my schedule so I figured online classes would be the best. Is there any legit ACCREDITED online classes I could take, and what school would be the best?

i’ve taken an online course (digi photo success) and it helped no end.

it basically helped me in two ways:

1) taught me how to get the best out of my camera by understanding the theory and using the manual mode (easier than i thought!)

2) taught me several creative tips/methods to help me create photographs with more impact.

i guess by studying online you miss out on the interaction with others but then it was very cheap and there were no set time limits etc

Since all their instructors are experts in industry, I have obtained much valuable information, while preparing for success in life after college. Once I graduated, I got a great job in Allison Wright Photography. Some of my friends graduated from the Academy of photos online and then spent program began taking classes at San Francisco without any problem.
